PERFORMANCE CONTRACT

Extra Rehearsal Cost – As of Week 6 of term, your classes will change the main focus from the show choreography to new class material. This is to ensure that those not performing are still learning and included in the class.

From Week 8-10, you may be required to commit to an extra rehearsal outside of your normal class time per week (no more than 3 rehearsals). It is important that all students attend all rehearsals and classes to allow ample technical training time to be invested by your Instructor and have your team looking ready. Should your performance team require an extra rehearsal per week, there will be a cost of $15 per student per rehearsal. This investment is necessary to cater for the resources used of the studio including your Instructors time.

Extra rehearsals will be scheduled on MindBody once your class and instructor have agreed on a time. You will be able to book and pay for these like your regular classes on MindBody. All payments are non-refundable except for the rehearsal or the performance for a particular course is cancelled by Subsdance. A full refund of the extra rehearsal payment will be issued in this case.

Attendance – To ensure your team’s readiness come performance time, you are required to attend all rehearsals scheduled to enable you to perform. Should you miss more than 2 rehearsals, you will be expected to arrange a catch up with your Instructor at the standard Private Lesson cost. Failure to do so will result in you losing your place in the performance and any payments affiliated will not be refunded.

Withdrawals – Once you have submitted payment for your performers pass, you are a confirmed performer for the show. Should you suddenly become injured or ill, Subsdance will hold your payment as a credit for you to use on future courses, merchandise or as a gift voucher.

Costume – You will be required to purchase or make your own costume and shoes. The cost of this is not included in any of the above but will be discussed with you by your instructor. Costume costs will not exceed $80.

Tech Rehearsal – your attendance at the tech rehearsal is compulsory.

All choreographies taught by any Subsdance Instructor are property of Subsdance Group Pty Ltd and are not to be used for any unauthorized purpose other than the Subsdance Show or to represent Subsdance Group Pty Ltd at any event.

By purchasing this pass, you agree to the terms outlined and authorise the use of any images such as photos, videos or any filming made from the spectacle or rehearsals by Subsdance Group Pty Ltd for any type of promotional purposes.
