Femme Fusion
Meet Thea Kabadanis – Founder of Femme Rebelle
Thea Kabadanis, a Brent Street graduate, is the creator of Femme Rebelle, specialising in Heels and Femme Hip-Hop. With years of experience teaching, choreographing, and performing, she’s also an HHI judge in Canberra and a well-known figure in the dance community.
Through Femme Rebelle, Thea empowers dancers to embrace their confidence and artistry while connecting through movement.

From hard-hitting beats to smooth femme flow, we’ll work on power, control, and fluid transitions while dancing to the hottest tracks—from dancehall to R&B. Heels
Amelia Canet is a passionate dancer with over six years of hip-hop training, while training under some of Australia’s best. She brings motivation, and encouragement to every class. Her heels class is designed to empower women, offering a safe and supportive space where you can build confidence, express yourself, and grow at your own pace. Her heels choreography is all about embracing your feminine energy. Described as sensual, fluid, rhythmic and smooth. Amelia’s class offers a safe space to connect with your body & boost your confidence.

Open Choreography
Open Choreography blends the creative freedom of open choreography with hip hop influence. We’ll be mixing sharp isolations, smooth grooves, and footwork, inspired by street styles. You’ll learn a different routine every week with either Ainsley or Georgie. You will experience an encouraging open class environment where you can expand your movement vocabulary and embrace your personal style.
This class is aimed at an Intermediate to Advanced level, but all dancers of all levels are very welcome!
