Afro Roots is a personally (by Kate) fused style of African and African influenced dance styles including Afro Brazilian and Afro Cuban. With an expansive knowledge of these styles and love for all African dance culture, Kate created this class. If you love the infectious drum beat and sounds of African music, this class is for you. Lose yourself in African rhythms and energy, the heartbeat and soul of all music.
